Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Small peaceful site well maintained and very clean. The pub itself is full of character and the food was great and sensibly priced. Great location with the Fleet Air Arm and the Haynes Motor Museum within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Being close to the A 303 it is easily accessible.

Excellent site, friendly staff, great food and spacious level pitches.
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious pitches, well kept toilets and showers. Superb food on site at the pub and in a very good location next to a petrol station and 24hr shop. Car park gets locked at night which makes it feel extra secure and safe. Car camping for 2 nights and it was great albeit a little windy but unfortunately they can't control the weather! :D

Liked Allocated pitches with EHU. Space for our dog. Clean showers. Friendly staff in the pub. Quiet sight even though situated on a crossroads and near a rail line.
Disliked Limited dog walking straight from the site, narrow pavements.

Liked staff were lovely and we liked the pub. Nice area too and very easy in a 7m motorhome.
Disliked Food was really disappointing in the pub, but they did have a large party in the function room. We will try again and hope it's better. Prices were ok though. Basic showers.

Would return for the campsite and maybe a beer.

Liked Good pitch, no problems at all. Didnt need ramps as quite level.
Quiet peaceful location.
Friendly staff, facilities okay, with lots of hot water for a shower.
Pub looked lovely with a nice outdoor seating area.
Disliked Grey water drain is close to a fence. Had to pull our van in quite near so the drain could reach.
Large event on over the weekend (it's usually very busy staff informed us). Meal was not the as good as we hoped, we put this down to the kitchen being busy on the night we were there.
