Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £75.00 ($139.07) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the instead.

General

• This park has no on-site shower facilities.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £75.00 ($139.07) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
