Excellent pitches, quiet site, working farm…
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (plus)
Liked Excellent pitches, quiet site, working farm
From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay
Would happily holiday there again….hope the deep clean happens.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (plus)
Liked Good sized pitch with own water tap and close electric point. Cut grass and clean hard standing gravel.
Really good showers with masses of hot water.
Warm welcome.
Toilets with loo paper!
Disliked Nothing really.
The shower and toilet floors were cleaned but could do with a deep clean scrub to get the ridged floor tiles to look better. Corners in the toilets and shower rooms had the same build up of dusty dirt each day we were there so clearly needed a thorough clean.
From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased that you plan to visit again. Our facilities are cleaned well daily . It is not possible to do a "spring clean" daily of the areas you have highlighted as this takes considerable time and guests are constantly requesting access. We do however undertake these tasks during quieter periods.
Would definitely love to return.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (plus)
Liked Well kept, clean facilities, quiet, all dogs well behaved & controlled.
Friendly greeting on arrival-
Proximity to village pub.
Tall hedges to back up to. Electricity & tap water on each pitch
Disliked I would have preferred a privacy hedge between vehicles BUT everyone kept to themselves and were friendly.
From the manager: Thank you for your review we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Our site pitches are quite spacious compared to most, however , should you visit again perhaps request a corner pitch and we will try our best to help.
This is a lovely small and quiet site with well spaced pitches…
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked This is a lovely small and quiet site with well spaced pitches that offer some privacy. The site is clean and away from main roads. The facilities are small but clean with nice big shower units.
It is on a working farm so you do hear and smell the farm, but I think it adds to the charm.
We are repeat visitors and will be returning again soon.
From the manager: Thank you we look forward to your next visit
Excellent site with clean facilities and friendly owners .
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (plus)
Liked Good clean facilities, and good sized pitches owner was helpful .
Near a Excellant and welcoming village pub the Diggers rest, and within walking distance to a local farm shop , for the morning paper .Close to Exmouth , Budleigh Salterton and Seaton .

Clean facilities, lovely pitch, but no phone signal
FHU cement/asphalt and grass campsite (premium)
Liked Loved the huge pitch and view. Showers were hot and facilities clean.
Disliked Wi-Fi was terrible and no 4G signal. Makes it difficult to plan activities etc. unfortunately this is too inconvenient.
From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we are pleased that you liked our site. We offer basic wifi for which we make no additional charge. Mobile phone signal is very dependent on your provider EE seems to work best here.
Excellent site, warm welcome
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (plus)
Liked Wonderful site in an excellent location. Large pitches. Although site was full no issue for using toilets and showers. Plenty of hot water. Very quiet, just perfect
Disliked Overflowing recycling bins.
WiFi hit or miss.
From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We have a regular collection of recycling at quite some expense ,but at busy times our collection capacity can become overwhelmed at which point we do try to tidy the area. The wifi we offer is basic but we make no additional charge for this service.
Will definately book this site again.

Liked Peice and quiet, good facilities and very convieniant for our travel plans.
Disliked Not much really, short narrow lane to site but you get that with many sites and 1st day there was farm smell but its a farm so hey ho.
