  • Family-run park with spectacular sea views
  • Heated indoor and outdoor pools, gym, bar and restaurant
  • Sauna, steam room, crazy golf, kids' club and adventure playgrounds
Ever wanted to pitch up near Paignton, or better yet, in a spot which has sea views and sits a few minutes' walk away from a long sandy beach? Behold Beverley Park, a site with spectacular scenery less than a mile from the rockpools of the sandy Broadsands beach. When it comes to relaxation, you might want to start at one of the park's two heated outdoor pools, then read the papers at the poolside café. Another option is to visit the sauna, steam room and hot tub, and then have steak or fish and chips (or both) along with a cocktail or a glass of wine (or both) at the Jetty Bar and Terrace. If you feel more energetic and ambitious, get crazily competitive at crazy golf or fit in a workout at the gym. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities at Beverley Park including outdoor adventure playgrounds, kids' clubs, paddling pools, soft play, family amusements and an indoor playroom. The daytime activity programme also has a variety of activities like water zorbing and beach rambles. More? There is also the Catch takeaway and Starlight bar for refreshments and a shop for those who decide to self-cater. Family bathrooms are also among the facilities.

What customers say

This park gets kudos for amazing sea views, great pools & entertainment, and super staff. Sites are roomy & tidy. Some mention iffy shower temps, WiFi, and older bits. Washrooms could be cleaner, and there's occasional noise. Steep trek to beach/shops.

Powered grass campsite

Liked What do mature people want from a campsite? First and foremost clean toilets and showers - the ones at Beverley Park were immaculate. A credit to the cleaning team. Well done!
We asked to be moved from a muddy pitch to a hard standing, paid a small amount to swap, and changed to a flat dry pitch. Much better for when we had 40+ mile an hour winds and deluged with rain later that night. Thanks to reception!
All the facilities were good. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food.
Great views over Torbay.
Bus stop’s just outside the camp. We used our bus passes to go the nearby towns.
We loved our time there.

Disliked The grassed areas were very churned up by vehicles and there was mud everywhere, no fault of the campsite.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Carole,
Thanks for your 10/10 review! So pleased to hear that you had a great stay and enjoyed the facilities. Our reception team are fantastic, so I'm really glad to hear they were able to sort a pitch change for you - the weather was certainly interesting while you were with us which affected our ground conditions somewhat.
I'll pass your feedback on regarding the toilet block cleanliness - the team are doing a fantastic job with them this season and I'm sure they'll be delighted!
We look forward to welcoming you back soon - please don't leave it too long!

FHU gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite

Liked Restaurant, location and friendly staff.

Disliked Low standard entertainment.
Rushed through bingo could have more games and spread winnings further.
Queues at bar and bingo table due to been only half an hour from opening to start of bingo, people still waiting at bar when bingo started.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry that you felt the entertainment was a low standard - we've had fantastic feedback about the offering this season, but appreciate that it is sometimes a subjective offering and your feedback regarding the Bingo and bar times, I've based this on to the team for review.
Really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the restaurant, our stunning location and found the team to be friendly.
We hope to welcome you back really soon - let us know if there's anything we can do to make your next stay 10/10.

Liked The site was lovely. Easy check in and the food in the on site restaurant was excellent

Disliked We had a grass pitch backing onto a busy road which was a bit noisy and with the weather being bad with rain we had trouble getting off.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Andrea,
Thanks so much for your feedback, really great to hear that you found the park to be lovely and enjoyed some delicious food in the Jetty restaurant.
Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the location of the pitch - where possible, we will do all we can to move you if you let us know, or you can select a specific pitch for a small fee if you had a specific one in mind for your next visit. We really did have some rain during your stay, so I'm sorry that you also had some trouble getting off - our team are always on hand to help if you need it - although hopefully it'll be wall to wall sunshine next time!
We look forward to welcoming you back.

Liked Views amazing . Outside roof bar over looking pool and sea lovely, cocktail lovely, food in the restaurant that we booked very tasty, fish shop really nice also, bus stop right out side to Brixham well worth the visit . Dartmouth only 25 mins away in car worth a visit, lovely out door pool which was even used in the rain

Disliked Our grass pitch was very muddy and it's a red thick clay mud got everywhere,
No private sinks in the shower block, no free WiFi unless in club house

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Clare,
Thanks for your review and your lovely photos - the view is stunning!
So pleased to hear that you enjoyed lots about the park including the views, cocktails (love a Pink Flamingo myself too!) and some yummy food. The bus stop is really a great addition and Dartmouth is a bit of a hidden gem!
Sorry to hear that your pitch got a bit muddy, we certainly had some rain while you were with us and our lovely red Paignton looks nice, but can be a bit of pain - we'll do our best to book the sunshine for your next stay! Alternatively, we do have hardstanding and service pitches available, so do check those out too.
Hope to see you back on Park soon,
Nikki

Local attractions

Beverley Park is within easy driving distance of Devon days out and activities for all weathers, whether you want to browse around award-winning attractions, dive into beach days and watersports or delve into the options of Dartmoor National Park. Kids can plead for days at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park just over a mile from Beverley Park, Living Coasts within four or Pennywell Farm at Buckfastleigh nine miles away. If history's more their thing (ha), they can try trips to the likes of Babbacombe Model Village and the Victorian street and model railway of Bygones history museum, both at Torquay. The park is close to the tiptop Devon towns of Torquay, Brixham, Torbay and Totnes; Dartmouth (ships! castle!) is about eight miles away for a day out then a Dartmouth Steam Railway trip puffing gently back to Paignton. Go underground for some time among the prehistoric and cavernous caves of Torquay's award-winning Kents Cavern, first discovered in the 16th century and the inspiration for local resident Agatha Christie's tome The Man in the Brown Suit back in 1924.
