What customers say
Beautifully kept, welcoming site with amazing ocean vistas & roomy spots. Praised for top-notch amenities: clean showers, great shop, tasty food. Perfect for coastal exploration. Dogs welcome with large field. Minor road noise/facility waits noted, but overwhelmingly positive with many wanting to return.

Well worth a visit, we’ll definitely return at some point
Valley powered grass campsite
Liked The site is in a beautiful location surrounded by the sea and countryside. We had a valley electric pitch which felt private. Loved the open air bar and restaurant with different food night themes.
Disliked We’re not keen on dogs and there was a lot there but they were all kept on leads and didn’t bother us.
There was no WiFi at our pitch

From the manager: It is clear on the website that the beach is closed, and has been for 18 months.
Loved it here and will definitely be back
Ocean View (Restricted View) primitive grass campsite
Liked Beautiful setting, lovely relaxed feel
Disliked The three toilets up the top did get very dirty .
Not sure there are enough to serve the numbers of people.
The hill by the goats would benefit from having some steps cut in especially to help older people as it is so steep. L

Valley powered grass campsite
Liked Excellent ,almost perfect 👌 👍...The staff are very ,very ,very helpful and friendly!!!—I wish everyone were like that; the world would be a wonderful place. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others, because it would be hard to find a better campsite in the UK—or perhaps anywhere else.
Disliked The only downside is that the road runs close by—as is the case with most campsites—so you can hear the cars a bit; otherwise, it’s a great place for everyone.
