Liked: Everything! This is by far the best campsite we've stayed at, so much so, we're staying on an extra few nights! Clean toilets & showers with no cobwebs or spiders! Large level plots, big enough for our camper, awning & dog to mooch about, lovely games room and friendly staff who make great coffee!
The children's play area looks fab and it's only a 1 mile walk down to the beach so not far at all. We will be back!!

Liked: The campsite was really clean and well kept. The staff were all really helpful and the morning coffees were lovely. We'll definitely stay there next time we head to Cornwall. It's a short walk or a shorter drive to Porthtowan beach and really close to lots of other sights.

Liked: This has been the best site we have ever stayed at. It is spotless, well maintained and peaceful.
It is quick access from the A30 and so easy to get to all our favourite Cornwall destinations.
A warm welcome greets you from Ange, Andy and James when you arrive which continues throughout your stay.
It is a safe environment for all to walk around the site and the other guests, some of who have been staying there for over 20 years are also very friendly and helpful.
Within minutes of arrival you can see why they have won awards for this site, you feel like they are sharing their home with you.
We stayed for 10 nights and wished we had the time to stay for longer.
Next year we will visiting Porthtowan caravan park again, hopefully in June and September and looking forward to catching up with everyone again to make more happy memories.
Thank you so much for looking after us.

Liked: We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Porthtowan Tourist Park. The pitches are spacious, level and well maintained. The on site facilities suited our family, with a well equipped play area and games room. The toilets/showers were really clean and we rarely had to wait to use the facilities. There’s also a family shower room which is great for those with small children. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and clearly take pride in their site. The location was good, being only a couple of minutes drive from Porthtowan beach and a few minutes drive to Redruth for supermarkets. It’s also a great base location to explore southern Cornwall. We would highly recommend this site and will definitely stay again.
Disliked: We didn’t dislike anything.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at Porthtowan Tourist Park. The site was a perfect size and all pitches were nice, flat and a generous size.
The children’s park was great and well looked after.
The toilet block and showers were thoroughly cleaned and spotless every time we used them.
Also the best WIFI we have had at a campsite!
Was great to see the passion in the family ran site, with welcoming owners who clearly love what they do, thank you ☺️
We would definitely return and highly recommend.
