Excellent all round
FHU grass and gravel campsite (premium)
Liked Very clean and tidy site in a great location. Friendly gardeners and office staff. Really good pitch size with both grass and gravel.
From the manager: Thank you for your lovely feedback John. We hope to welcome you back to Cosawes again in the future.

Liked Quiet location.
Great shower and toilet facilities
Very helpful and friendly site manager on duty, on
Location.
Our son is serving in the Royal Navy, and lives nearby, and we dont get to see him or our grandaughter, who is only 7, very often. We were granted permission for our granddaughter to stay one night without question, which we are greatful for as it's an adults only site.
Disliked No shop on site
Only Two electric points of four worked.
We couldnt find walks from the site itself that didnt involve extremely busy roads
Patchy WiFi
Limited electric hookup tent pitches, mainly caravans
From the manager: Thanks for your feedback. And we're sorry for the unusual circumstances with the electric supply during your stay. We had an RCD burnout which was fixed as soon as we were able to but apologise if this affected you.
With regard to walking from Cosawes, we have a lovely large field opposite the campsite where campers are welcome to walk. This is relatively safe to access from one end of the camping field. Avoiding walking on busy roads. If you stay again we'd be happy to show you how to access that.
Great location, work excellent facilities. Would thoroughly recommend.…

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (comfort)
Liked This was my 4th time at Cosawes over 2 yrs, my daughter is at Falmouth Uni. It is a lovely quiet site. My kids are grown up so I really like the idea of adults only. It is always absolutely spotlessly clean. My mum & dad were campsite inspectors and one thing my mum didn’t like was the closure of the shower block. She understood it had to happen. However, at Cosawes they are super flexible and work round their guest and do not close them during cleaning time, perfect for the late risers like myself. I am looking forward to visiting again. The new gravel pitches are a great addition to the site.
Disliked My only gripe is the exit onto the A39, sometimes this can be really busy when trying to turn right towards Falmouth. Not a fault of the site obviously.
From the manager: Thanks for your lovely review Andrea. We are so glad you have stayed so many times with us. And thanks for your appreciation of our policies and new pitches.
For future reference, there is the option of turning left and going up through Ponsanooth to go towards Falmouth if you prefer that to the other junction.
Hope to see you again soon,

Liked Stayed last year, still as impressed on the cleanliness of this wonderful site! Perfect stopover for our camp and cycle and enjoyed a lovely meal at the Norway Inn down the road. Will be back again for sure!
Disliked Nothing to dislike!
From the manager: Thanks for the lovely feedback Polly! Hope to see you again soon!
Peaceful, well-kept, clean.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Lovely peaceful site, well signposted off the main road. Had all the basics we needed for our long weekend. Shower block was lovely and warm and kept spotless throughout our stay. Didn’t spend much time on-site as we were mostly off exploring, but was the perfect base-camp for our time in Cornwall.
