What customers say
Spectacular views and top-notch, clean facilities, especially the private washrooms. Friendly staff and great value restaurant. Most pitches are spacious, but shower stalls are small. Steep entrance can be tricky.

Liked Absolutely loved the location of this site which was kept really well, clean and the views were amazing.
We also liked the simplicity of it and the friendly locals that engaged with you.
The engine house for food and cake is a must when staying here and all the staff are amazing.
Disliked The only criticism was there was no water hook up which was long a major issue, but it’s always nice to have.

Liked Quite good showers very clean
Disliked The driveway to get to the site is very steep and it damaged the back of the caravan.
I know it’s not your responsibility for the speedy traffic along the road but had to get out of the car to make sure the cars on the road didn’t crash into us as we left.

Lovely clean quiet site…
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely clean quiet site
Disliked The showers, it was warm so didn’t hate having to start shower cold as it is very short shower before it stops but if weather had been cooler it wouldn’t have been nice experience. I don’t have particularly long hair but ended up trying to do everything one handed to rinse shampoo etc off to keep water going. No temperature control or height adjustment so hair was wet every time.

Lovely quiet & clean park. Nice…
Primitive cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely quiet & clean park. Nice clean showers & toilets. Lovely cafe/resturant/ brilliant friendly staff/other people staying very friendly. TBF Its not that far to walk into either Callington or down to The SwingleTree in KellyBray. Ive heard people on here moan about the road BUT I walk both often when I stay & threy ARE NOT DANGEROUS (even met locals walking them) & you can even walk/ cut down Pengelly Lane to Tescos & avoid the road if you like. Good dog walks if you drive around to Kitt Hill as well.
Disliked I DISSLIKE NOTHING AT ALL about the place.
And I love the staff.
In fact if I walk into Callington I can go into The Cornish Ancestor or The Bulls Head & they pull my pints without me even getting to the bars (& treats for my dog as well). Callington is a very friendly place too
