What customers say
This family-friendly site on the Thames has great staff, roomy, level pitches, and clean facilities. Convenient for theme parks and London, with a good playground/games room. Some note aircraft noise and older facilities, but most love the quiet vibe and lovely riverside. Managers are addressing facility concerns.

The facilities are clean. Showers, toilets, washing area all good.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked This is my second visit to this campsite. The people who run it always great me with a smile. It’s very organised with a one way system. You get given a notice to display in your vehicle (I was in a campervan). Plenty of room to pitch. Would be good if there was a pop up pizza or van to get food.
Disliked I was pitched in a very open space which wasn’t very private. It was like being in the middle of a field. I was in front of a children’s play area, so footballs coming towards me was an issue.

Liked Great location for walking and cycling.
Disliked Unfortunately our experience was let down by poor organisation and communication. Very slow check in process that blocked the only drive. During this long process staff forgot to mention that the sites only facilities close every day for 2.5 hours.

From the manager: Thank you Abe for your positive review. Whilst we appreciate the late morning/lunchtime cleaning of the toilet and shower facilities doesn't suit everyone, it is generally the quietest time of day.
