General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £200.00 ($372.61) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Dogs

• The park only allows dogs up to 30kg.

• The park will send you further check-in information 3 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the pod instead.

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 ($93.15) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
