What customers say
This park boasts family-friendly amenities like a pool, soft play, and entertainment. Staff are praised, as are the views. However, touring pitches are criticized for poor maintenance, unevenness, and crowding. Some found the facilities dated, cleanliness lacking, and the pool no longer free. A few cancellations noted.

Decent site for price v facilities but only return on improvements
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (medium)
Liked Site looks like is being improved and many parts look great the bar and entertainment rooms, pool etc.
Disliked Areas need upgrading and some pitches have a large drop at the back which to some can feel unsafe. Toilets and showers are decent but need brought up to date. 2 people on the bars is insane so cafe needs to be bigger...pizza isn't good in there.

Was ok for a short stay as options were limited
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (small)
Liked Lovely site with bar and activities for small children, along with an indoor swimming pool.
Disliked Not enough indoor seating at the bar or entertainment area.
No activities for older children - wouldn't let them use the dartboard even with adult supervision.
Toilets were not cleaned regularly
Better signage for bins and waste disposal needed.
Site needs wifi as phone signal is extremely limited and was unable to book the swimming pool as no internet signal
1 cafe on site with only 3 tables, 1 burger van at limited times - better onsite food options needed
Busy fully booked Easter weekend with only 1 member of staff on the bar, very slow, flat draught drinks and ran out of bottled lager by Saturday (Budweiser)
Entertainment team tried but focused on young children and were also helping to clean up the tables due to lack of bar staff.
Large sign on the road further down from the camp site is very confusing and sends you into a housing estate
Friendly reception staff just not enough on a busy weekend - had a problem with electrical hook up, called reception and said they would resolve, 40 mins later no resolution. Attended reception twice with long queues and called 6 times and went to answer machine. Eventually resolved.

Liked I enjoyed the bingo, however it did seem that 1 table wone 3 times on the adult tickets and 1 time on the children ticket.
Disliked Well to say it was a nightmare on the tourer pitches so small ,uneven. We should have had a large electric pitch not what we got.We should have had electric now this was a joke kept on triping so we had to waste a load of freezer food . I have never in my daya of camping had this problem been without electric .people who had young babies could not have hot water as they wers without electric.emergency phone number no body even answered the phone absolutely ruined our easter break.

Liked Pitch was in a good spot, entertainment was good.
Disliked Some improvements are needed. Toilets and showers need cleaning more, it hadn’t been cleaned since we arrived Friday. Running out of beer for several days, a bank holiday also knowing it could be busy. More staff are needed, feel like current are over worked. Swimming should be free when staying at the holiday park I don’t agree with having to pay.
