Liked: So quiet and peaceful. A stones throw from the beach which was lovely, clean and great for the dogs to have a run. Helpful and friendly owners.
Everything you need with a self contained motor home. There is a small bothy with an honesty box a short walk down to the next farm with cake, coffee, ice cream etc.
Disliked: Nothing at all if you know what to expect.
The site had all we require.

Liked: What a beautiful setting this site is in!
Two minutes walk from a lovely beach. Pitches are clearly marked out and you can see the sea from all the pitches. We took a fire pit and there was plenty of room to sit out at the side of the van. I will definitely stay again
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Liked: Amazing location a stone’s throw from a beautiful, peaceful beach. Blissfully quiet. Short bike ride to Bootle village’s cafe in one direction and Waberthwaite with its traditional butcher and village shop in the other.
Perfectly level pitches, landscaped to minimise the wind and with lovely nodding daffodils 🌼 and friendly and helpful proprietor Luke.
We will be back.

Liked: Owners were very helpful and gave us advice on shops and services, they also allowed us to leave later as they didn’t need our pitch. Lovely location overlooking the sea and right on the coast path. Beach was perfect for the dog.
Disliked: A bit tricky to get in and out of pitches but worth the effort. Quite close to the MOD firing area but our stay was not affected by this.
