Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite

Liked: Lovely site, beautiful setting.

Disliked: Difficult to find, ignore where sat nav takes you too as it is completely wrong - ideally needs some signage, apart from that it is lovely

Powered grass campsite

Liked: We loved the site , it was in the middle of a little village which was in walking distance to restaurants and pubs and a local co op. It was next to a river which we loved, the sound was really relaxing at night. The only thing that let it down was when we arrived we didn’t have a reception to go to and didn’t know anything about the area. It would have been good to have an introduction which gave us an idea of where to go etc. However, we did find someone who was really helpful. I just think it was the lack of arrival information. The campsite was lovely and clean and would return.

Disliked: Finding this location is a nightmare. Needs better signage. Don't rely on postcode it will lead you to a dead end and a church.

FHU cement/asphalt and grass campsite

Liked: Good flat pitches with great toilets, accessable water. Nice scenery and close to play ground and the village.

Disliked: Not very clear what to do on arrival, but we set up and everything fine. A little bit noisy as the footpath goes by the site, just bear in mind if you want an early night on a weekend!

Liked: Absolutely everything. Small quiet peaceful site in in fantastic surroundings . We had a very friendly greeting on arrival . The facilities very clean and modern . 16 amp electric not once tripped which was a bonus for us 🤣 . Step out of the site straight into fantastic walks in woodlands along the river . Our kids are grown up now but just a two minutes walk to lovely park . Skate park etc and 10 minutes stroll to co.op . Cannot recommend this site enough

Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike
