About this space
Little Halo is a fantastic heated glamping pod, just a short drive from 'Sycamore Gap, Hadrians Wall', on the coast to coast (cycle route 72).

It is off the beaten track but less than 2 miles away from the nearest town. OR a 1.5mile walk to the nearest pub.

It boasts a comfortable double bed and sofa bed with everything you need for the ultimate glamping experience and wonderful views of Hadrians Wall.

All outdoor furniture, fire pit and gas hob are all for sole use of pod guests.
The space
This is a spacious, heated, open plan glamping pod, with a comfortable double bed for an ultra cosy ‘camping’ experience.
It comfortably sleeps two adults, however there is also a sofa bed which sleeps a child/ third small person.

It has a kitchenette area with mini fridge and toaster, water (bottles) tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery provided. There is mains electric and USB/USB-C ports.

Along with wash basin, washing up liquid, hand wash and tea towels.

Towels, hand wash, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper provided in the shower block, it has hot running water but no running drinking water (bottled water provided).

Little Halo is just a 2 minute drive to Hadrians Wall, it hosts the darkest of dark skies and has stunning views of Hadrians Wall.

We have outdoor lighting but are more than happy to turn it off for you to enjoy the stars.

You will have sole use of the garden & decking (with furniture), gas hob, fire pit (great for marshmallows!) outdoor pot wash and your own heated shower room with toilet.

Breakfast is available at the Greenhead Hotel which is just over a mile away, however, please ring and book it in advance as they aren’t open to the public for breakfasts.

We have space for a couple of campervans and will allow them here for £10 a night with use of pod facilities, but please note, we have no electric hook up and no waste disposal.
Check dates with us first if you’re planning on being noisy 🙏
Guest access
There is a large carpark a few metres from the pod for easy access.
Other things to note
There is no drinkable running water in the pod. However bottled water is provided.

There is hot running water in the shower blocks but it is not drinkable.

There is a laundrette in Haltwhistle, however you can also ask us if we will be about to wash/dry a small amount of clothes etc and if we are home we will be happy to do so.

If we are about you’re more than welcome to use our house for the fridge, electricity etc please ask our schedule if you plan on doing so to ensure access to your items.

I am happy to decorate the pod for occasions, if you’d like wine/ chocolates/ flowers etc just tell me what you’d like and I’m happy to request the funds here.

Wood for the fire is purchasable from us for £10 a box (cash or I can request it here).

Late check out sometimes available for £10, just ask!
