What customers say
A friendly, quiet, small site near Pickering's amenities. Guests love the clean facilities, especially hot showers, and helpful staff. Well-kept site with good pitches. River fishing access was a minor noted issue, and a past booking mix-up has been resolved.

From the manager: Hello and thank you for your comments. We are sorry that the electricity was turned off during your stay. this was done by Northern Powergrid to carry out maintenance in the Pickering area. Unfortunately it was unavoidable and out of our control. Regards Manager

Messed up reservation
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Didn't get a chance to like anything.
Disliked Not able to get hardstanding which was reserved, and substitute grass reservation had lost the EHU requirement. Option offered by owner (very long extension, with children playing) not realistic. Cancelled and refunded quickly.

From the manager: A total mix up which has never happened before and we will make sure it doesn't happen again. I hope you found suitable alternative accommodation. Regards Sandra
