Excellent access to countryside walks and nearby attractions, with a convenient pub within walking distance. Minor Wi-Fi/phone signal issues and shower timer intensity noted. Liked Generous flat pitch. Position close to Sutton Hoo. Owner welcomed us.
Disliked Toilets were modern but rarely clean. The washing up area was dirty and with only 2 sinks which meant queuing at peak times. No cold water taps in washing area for cleaning teeth.

Liked Peaceful, relaxed, excellent showers, toilets, a perfect rural escape, no music , perfect to get away from the fast pace of life .

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review. I am pleased you had a good stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The wifi is really bad - for lots of reasons - I am trying to fix it, but the company I pay the service charge too is not responding to me. I will find another solution in the winter.

Liked Lovely campsite. Great location. Very clean toilets and showers.
There were chickens running round campsite which was a bit different. Access to countryside nearby. A pub very close.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

From the manager: Thank you for your great review. We are lucky to be located in such a beautiful part of the world and with a lovely pub on our doorstep. The chickens are cute - but we wouldn't want the alpacas, pigs and goats running round - they would create too much trouble!
So pleased you had a good tie and hope to see you again soon

From the manager: Thank you very much for your lovely review. I am so pleased you liked the campsite and the pub. We are a campsite that welcomes people visiting with dogs, but we do ask that dogs be well behaved, kept on secure leads and are not a bother to other people. Sometimes this isn't the case and I am sorry that this was your experience. Although in my terms and conditions I outline the dog (and human) behaviour we like to see, maybe people don't read it so next year when people book I will be more specific in explaining the type of dogs (in terms of behaviour) that are welcome and that which isn't - hopefully that will help make everyone's experience a bit nicer.
Hope to see you again
