Large spacious pitches, location to beach…
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Large spacious pitches, location to beach
Disliked No communication at all. When we arrived we just found a pitch and parked. No idea if we were in the right place or if we could even arrive as late as we did
Toilets and showers aren’t great by the morning the smell was pretty vile

Great location, but allowing large groups may spoil the appeal
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Stunning location, yards from the beach, sea view and easy walk to Walberswick pubs and village
Disliked A bit disorganised, camper van and three tents either side. Shower and toilet facilities not great for the price. A bit pricey . Surprised fire pits and barbecues not prohibited during current drought conditions.

Sort out directions to the site
Primitive gravel and sand tent campsite (sea view)
Liked Proximity to event I attended.
Disliked Sloping site. Facilities are basic. Put a bin under the wash basins. Take your own loo roll.
Google directions do not take you to the site. You end up turning round in a private road. The telephone number to enquire takes you to somebody hostile who said "everybody knows" although I phoned because I didn't and it turned out she didn't either, told me to drive along a footpath by the pub. Fortunately I found a helpful local.
Then the record of my booking could not be found.

Very basic site and too expensive!
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Close to the beach and walking distance into Southwold.Location is the only positive.
Disliked Very basic site with portaloos . The showers were cold and water pressure inconsistent only 1 open in the ladies! No not water for a wash either.£35 is way too expensive, would not stay again . We stayed on the field not near the beach .

Amazing little camp site on the Suffolk coast (next to the best beach)
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite

Disliked Pitched a little close together. Needs fire buckets (just in case)

Could be better with some care and attention, and investment
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Location near the beach and village pubs and shops. Good for overnight stay after day at Latitude.
Disliked Very basic facilities. No hot water in the showers despite evident solar panels. Loo rolls weren’t replaced. Toilets soon became quite unpleasant, not helped by warm weather.
