Liked: Friendly staff, clear signage, lovely local walks. Although it wasn't quite finished yet, the new showers and toilets in the non-electric field are a great addition.
Disliked: In dry, breezy weather the horses can kick up a lot of dust. Choose your pitch with that in mind :-)

Liked: Next to the forest for easy access for long walks with our dog.
Near a pub for great food.
Disliked: No shop to purchase some essentials. But it's not a negative comment only a highlight.

Liked: Every single aspect of site, no exceptions! Totally flat site, surrounded by woods with gated access to walk our dog too, friendly relaxed and helpful staff, excellent location for so many places of real interest, modern slightly humorous signage with individually coloured shower and toilet cubicles that felt like you might be at home - simple guidelines on site, treated as adults (people seemed to feel respected and trusted). Spotlessly clean. Large 12m pitches!
Already planning our return this year, just came home last night!
Well done Kings Forest, a definite 10/10 from us 👍

Liked: Easy to find site with good access for large motorhomes, ground looked good for wet weather but cannot confirm that for sure, good facilities in the main camping area including a warm dog wash station and new facilities being built in the non-electric field, easy access to the forest for miles of walking, had contact with 3 staff members all very polite and friendly, if you're a horse person you will love this place, we will definitely visit again.
