What customers say
This quiet, rural site on a working stable has lovely fields with horses. Guests loved the friendly staff, clean facilities, and good WiFi, perfect for hikers and cyclists. The access track can be tricky in the rain, and WiFi was occasionally spotty. Described as basic but sufficient, many plan to come back.

Lovely little find.

Liked We booked 20 min before we arrived due to bad traffic and not making it to our destination. What a find.. not big or fancy but we loved it. Pitched next to a little foal and mum. Very quiet and idilic.

Powered grass campsite
Liked A beautifully peaceful site. Toilets and showers might be basic and a little old fashioned but are spotlessly clean. Being surrounded by horses in the paddocks around the camp site adds the calm ambience of the site and aids the unwinding process. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, adventure bikers and couples wanting to “get away from it all”.
Disliked WiFi kept dropping out and was super slow. OK for checking email but not really up to surfing the web and definitely no streaming possible.

OK if on a budget

Liked Friendly and convenient for us. Quiet and rural.
Disliked Basic. Toilets not great. Walk through field or wet ditches to toilet. Dreadful lane to get to the pitch. No wifi code.
