This DIY site is designed for everyone who loves camping with no fuss, no crowds, just open space and fresh air. What you won’t find here: electric hook-ups, shower amenities or any pre-pitched tents. This is camping as it once was – simple, affordable and close to nature – just the job for festival-goers or anyone wanting a no-frills place to stay near Ragley Hall’s family activities. What you will find here: easy vehicle access up a track to the vast and flat camping field, where you can choose your own spacious grass pitch, basic on-site toilet facilities and a very chilled, informal atmosphere. This back-to-basics site also welcomes your four-legged chums – and it’s got an enclosed dog activity field that you can book for an additional fee.

Liked Easy to book. Good communication with additional information regarding location/directions and offered support if needed. I knew this was like wild camping, but with a Portaloo. Portaloo was very clean and also had loo paper, which was an unexpected bonus. I had one pleasant ramble to Cook Hill and around. Could have done much more.

Liked Peaceful little place with plenty of space for everyone , toilets was clean and full of toilet paper .

Disliked Could of done woth a shower but being only open a year can understand why there isnt any

Liked May just be a basic site, however the host was very happy helping us with there location plus directions including marked images for a location we was going to for the afternoon/evening. The site was very quiet and facilities very clean.
