Flat ground under pitch.
No light pollution at night meant you could see the sky super clearly.
Disliked I didn't realise that the nearest supermarket was a fair distance. There is a local Morrisons about 8 miles away and that is it really.
Stock up with food before you get to the site.
Whilst we were met at the gate on arrival, would be worth calling about 3-4 miles from the site as there is no signal to make calls.

Toilet facilities are excellent.

Disliked Freezer facility didn’t work, so difficult to keep cool box cool in heatwave. A shame because there was a fridge, but freezing compartment didn’t work!
