What customers say
A clean, quiet site with spacious pitches and good value. Friendly staff and great fishing are highlights. Facilities are clean but dated. Clubhouse offers entertainment. Convenient for Skegness but a bit far from shops. Sink water pressure issues noted and fixed.

Power optional grass tent campsite (medium)
Liked The campsite was disappointing for families with children. The site felt overcrowded and there was very little space for kids to play safely or enjoy themselves.
The biggest issue was the shower facilities. The water temperature became dangerously hot at times, reaching a point where it felt scalding. Using the showers was uncomfortable and raised genuine safety concerns, especially for children. I reported this to a member of the grounds staff and asked if the temperature could be adjusted, but was told that nothing could be done, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
Based on our experience, the campsite did not meet our expectations. However, Butlin’s itself remains a great destination for families. With the right accommodation, it can still provide an enjoyable holiday experience.

Power optional grass tent campsite (medium)
Liked Friendly lady on reception when we arrived who showed us our pitch. The site itself is nice with a decent club house. Kids enjoyed the park, playing pool and fishing in the pond. Good location with supermarket etc less than 10mins away.
Disliked Now for the dislikes! The camping pitches were the worst I've stayed at! Completely uneven and on a slope. Very small and cramped. The toilets and showers are in desperate need of an upgrade! Due to the pitches we won't return here. We were very overlooked by a neighbouring caravan.
They need a big field for tents and tourers with more space etc

Power optional cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The hard standing pitches are for Statics but it didn't bother us, it had a water tap and drain under a slab on the pitch which is going to be for a static when they put one on. So basically you have got fully serviced pitch. The fishing was great and the clubhouse was also great with bingo and entertainment at weekends.
Will definitely return
Disliked Nothing
