On-site accommodation

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($184.92) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The park will send you further check-in information 3 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the Keybox at the main gate. instead.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

General

• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £30.00 ($55.48) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
