Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Dave and Em were lovely. Huge quiet site with plenty of space for the kids- we loved feeding the alpacas, great pizzas on Saturday night, games in the barn, the little library shed. Eco toilets and showers were fine, even had a hot shower! Very chilled happy vibes- we'll be back!

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Really kind, welcoming and courteous hosts. This wasn't your typical campisite it felt much more like a hide away with your own private patch within a meadow, so much so you couldn't see other tents. Facilities were perfectly fine and suited the ethos of the campsite well. The on site bars and llamas were an added bonus 😊

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Private pitches, felt like I was wild camping!
Wonderful welcome and a pizza cooked up for me in the barn which complemented the whole experience. I woke up in the morning and was surrounded by birdsong which was so relaxing to hear.
The facilities were eco facilities and were very good.
The llamas were fun to look at, and Dave and Em were wonderful hosts. They even gave me some milk for my early morning cuppa!
