What customers say
A peaceful, well-kept site, loved for its roomy pitches and spotless facilities. Great for dog owners, with a dog-friendly lake and secure fields. Easy access to Forest of Dean/Wye Valley for walks. Occasional road noise; showers could be hotter for some.

Liked We loved the Dog walks and lake, it was a lovely spot to pitch.
Toilets and showers were really nice, though we were unable to turn the temperature down, and i didn't realise that there was a 20p charge for the hairdryer.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend 👍

Great quiet campsite, brilliant stop-over
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely tranquil place, plenty of space and excellent facilities. Clean & modern, great showers. Not suitable for kids as this is more nature based, rather than playground and you need a car. Perfect for us.

Good campsite
Primitive grass campsite (large)
Liked Impeccably clean facility areas.
Beautiful peaceful site. Really appreciated the off lead fields for exercising our dog. We were allowed to move pitches to be in a quieter corner due to being bothered by others playing music. Location is good to access the forest of dean and Wye valley for walks.
Disliked They lost a star as my personal preference is for a campsite to be quiet and dark. There is a big floodlight on the building overlooking the campsite on all night. People are allowed to play music which some did without pause 7am to 10:30pm.

Liked The site was really lovely and super dog friendly, a couple of secure dog fields as well as plenty of shaded areas and a cute little fishing lake. Pitches were a great size and the lady who checked me in was really accommodating.
Toilets and showers were spotless and the washing up area was self sufficient.
A great relaxing, quiet place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. It was perfect for my dog and I and a great location to explore the Forest of Dean.
