Really enjoyed this location and it’s facilities!
Power optional grass campsite
Liked Clean, compact site with friendly owner. Plentiful hot water and modern facilities. A couple of pubs and local shops in walking distance (sensibly priced “essentials” available in reception). Loads of nearby forest trails to chose from.
This should be a blueprint for other sites (yes, it is that good!). Ps 140 channels from our portable tv aerial set up and a decent 5g signal (EE)

Power optional cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Warm welcome on arrival by Jess, explained where everything was and where to park up. Lovely site, very well kept. Toilets/ showers were extremely clean and everything worked well. Even the hand dryer dried water off your hands ( I know they should, but doesn’t often happen. Friendly pubs in walking distance had to call in after our bike ride. Best site we’ve been to yet, if you like smaller, quieter sites, book now 👍. But leave room for us too 😂😂. Definitely returning!!
