What customers say
Clean, friendly, well-kept park with roomy sites & spotless facilities. Adjoining Pepper Pot pub gets rave reviews for food/atmosphere. Staff, especially Nicky, are super helpful. Minor M5/rail noise is usually not an issue. Secure coded gates. Great for stopovers & local exploring.

Clean, spacious site with friendly staff and good facilities.

Liked Friendly and smooth check in. Pitch was level and spacious and had water as well as electricity hook up. Site manager was helpful and suggested a better route for accessing the M5 and A38 (rather than the route Google maps suggests).
Toilet and shower block was clean and tidy, and so was the pot wash. I didn't use the nearby pub but was told you need to call them to book a table.
Disliked Nothing to dislike really. Not the end of the world, but there is no WiFi unless you're in the office. Gates are locked at 10pm and opened at 7am, so you need to be aware of this if you intend to leave early, or just go for an early morning walk. To be fair, this is in the description on Pitchup - I just didn't spot it. That said, it wasn't a major issue and I worked around it. I'm just mentioning it in case others do as I did.

Liked The site was clean, the pitches huge. Staff really friendly, they couldn't do enough for you. The PepperPot pub was a delight, clean, helpful staff throughout and the food gorgeous 2-1 on the mains made it exceptional value, good variety, catered for most people
Disliked Hugely difficult to find fault, the need for a code to use the toilets was frustrating, especially if like me you have a poor memory and forget the piece of paper...however they were clean and well looked after, small price to pay to stop hikers using and unfortunately abusing them

Liked The super clean showers and toilets. Very helpful and friendly site manager. Super close to lovely pub with excellent food. Quiet site , some may find the slight noise from the motorway annoying but we didn’t find it an issue. The hedged pitches were particularly private.
Disliked Only one gripe was the hard standing pitch could have done with a slight scattering of new chippings as dirt was coming through. Luckily it was dry but I’m sure in wet weather it could become an issue.

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked A well maintained and quiet site with clean facilities. The toilet blocks have a code to enter. There was a pub next door which you have to pre book if you wish to eat. There is a large grass for kids to run around and play games on. Unfortunately, someone decided to not clean up after their dog and on two different occasions the children stood in it whilst playing. The entrance to the campsite has a barrier and a code so you have to call the warden upon arrival who will give you the code so you can let yourself in. Perfect site if you are visiting Cattle Country Farm Park. Would definitely revisit.

Nothing…

Liked Nothing
Disliked Gravel was awful and you couldn’t bang the pegs in, it also looks awful.
Trains going by every few minutes plus traffic noise from the adjacent M5. We had booked and paid to go back this weekend but have forfeited our money and booked elsewhere. Absolutely nothing going for it.
