What customers say
A clean, well-kept, friendly site with spotless facilities and spacious, level pitches, many with water. The Pepper Pot pub is excellent. Handy M5 stopover. Occasional motorway/rail noise. Nikki, the manager, is a gem!

Liked We liked the size of the pitches and that we had our own water supply. The toilet block was clean and modern and the showers were free.
Disliked Not so much of a dislike, more of an observation. The access road is very narrow and could be troublesome if towing a caravan and meeting a large vehicle coming the other way. There is some noise from the M5 motorway and a train track nearby, but we soon got used to it.

Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Very welcoming host. Her husband helped me out when I encountered an issue (many thanks). Clean facilities.
Convenient base for my daily plans over 3 days.
Despite the M5 on one side and a major railway line on the other this did not affect me sleeping.
Disliked Very stony ground - difficult to get tent pegs in.
