Liked: Decent site with plenty of space. Near to a good pub. Toilets and showers are quite clean but the buildings themselves are in need of a clean. There were BBQ facilities available as well as fire pits and wood that you could buy. It was a bit wet for that when we were there but the idea is nice. Some local canal walks nearby.
Disliked: No-one in the office on arrival and the phone went straight to voicemail so didn't know which pitch was ours. Eventually answered about an hour after arrival when I'd already picked a pitch at random and starting setting up. The guy was pretty relaxed about the pitch we did pick though so that was good. Couldn't find the chemical disposal point as it wasn't clearly labelled anywhere.

Liked: Well maintained site. Friendly welcome and plenty of space. Toilet block clean and tidy. Relaxed atmosphere. 5 min walk to nice pub and cafe.
Disliked: Busy roads in close proximity. Plus a freight train line and flight path. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Liked: Everything, nice quiet location where the kids could play safely. The owners were more than helpful and bent over backwards to make our stay so great. Theres a lovely pub across the road that serves amazing food. Its located near the canal lock and we loved seeing all the canal boats. You can walk up or down the canal to other villages where you can relax and have food. We loved it that much we decided to stay another night which wasnt a problem to the owners at all! We will 100% be returning
