What customers say
This well-kept marina site has roomy spots with easy power and water hookups. Visitors love the helpful staff, clean washrooms, and great spot for canal walks & local sights. The pub next door is a big plus. Road/train noise is common, and some felt the facilities needed a refresh.

Liked Really clean toilets. Nice open country side with lots of insects and birds. A nice pub next door with lovely canal walks.
Disliked The grass was a bit long, but maybe it was for no mow May. Also the communal chill area looked a little tired.. And a broken picnic table and chairs.
Could do with putting up a sign to campsite on right hand side of road, to make it clearer where it is.

Liked Nice clean site. We started on a grass pitch, the second night we asked to be moved. The nice lady in the office kindly moved us to a hard standing pitch. She was so helpful!!!
Disliked Grass needed cutting , our first pitch , the grass was too long to sit out there.

Liked A fabulous small, quiet site on the side of a pretty canal. The staff in reception were lovely. Showers/toilets were great...Just like having your own bathroom..spotlessly clean.
The site is a couple of minutes walk from a beautiful, friendly pub, which served scrumptious food.
We'll definitely stay there again.
