Liked Clean toilet /shower block. Spacious plots. Friendly host.

Disliked Long wet grass on the camping field (the wetness can’t be helped but it would have been less of a problem if the grass was shorter)

Liked Friendly staff (owners?), good restaurant, very clean, plenty of space, good clean showers. Pools looked nice though we didn’t use them.

Disliked Lack of toilet seats (would be 5 starts with toilet seats!)

Liked Great site - loved all the lakes, conservation area and spaces to walk around (with or without a dog). Very friendly helpful owners/managers. Useful to have the pizza van as a meal option.

Liked Great communication from Anthony the host. Basic but very pleasantly surprising facilities- the toilet looked like a portaloo from the outside but was a proper toilet and very clean!

Disliked Noise from the nearby road during commuting time. We were sleeping in the pop up roof which is like a tent so it’s probably not so noticeable in a caravan or motor home. Was OK during the night.

Liked The brilliant dog-exercise field! We’ve not seen another campsite with such a facility. No wonder there were lots of dogs staying at this campsite.

Liked The very high quality washing up facilities, toilets and showers

Disliked The price - for what was just an overnight stop, but the price was for all the leisure facilities (pool with slides etc) that we did not have the opportunity to use. I have rated the value for money as if we used the facilities.
