Power optional gravel caravan site
Liked Excellent location for walks, runs and bike rides if you don't mind the rustic facilities.
Hot showers.
Well laid out with clear waste and fresh water areas.
Disliked Basic facilities that weren't cleaned at all for the whole 5 days we were there.
Empty toilet roll dispensers the entire stay.
Only 2 showers and not enough pressure to run at the same time.
Very long grass and muddy, overgrown walkway to facilities due to lots of fallen rotten fruits from unpicked trees.
Yes, it's Autumn, but the site clearly hasn't been maintained for months.

Powered concrete and grass motorhome site
Liked Lovely scenery, big pitches, friendly welcome and new facilities. Excellent for motorhome stopover and reasonable price. Excellent WiFi.
Disliked The shower rooms are windowless, so feel a bit claustrophobic, steam up easily and unfortunately the drain overflowed, meaning there was nowhere to get dry and dressed

Liked Large pitches
Excellent location near the town and nature reserve.
Good winter rates.
Good electricity.
Disliked WiFi dropped out frequently and sometimes just disappeared for hours.
Facilities need a revamp. The shower heads need descaling or replacing and the shelves that are broken need fixing.
Toilet bins are rusted and unsightly and the toilet seats are old.

5* facilities, toilets, showers, laundry room etc that are kept warm and comfortable and have music playing.
Excellent sized pitches with gravel and grass.
Perfect location for access to the towns AND the countryside, with a bus stop outside and new cycle lanes.
Disliked Nothing at all. It's perfect.

Disliked Only downside is patchy phone signal and no WiFi.

Liked Large pitches in a beautiful, secluded location amongst woodland and trees.
The facilities were spotlessly clean and the onsite amenities, such as WiFi and service points, were well presented and in full working order.
We liked the pay system for the shower, as it prevents water waste and is reflected in the very reasonable pricing.
Bins and recycling facilities were emptied often.
The location is very rural and peaceful with hours of local walks, both on and off road. We walked every day, for miles and miles and enjoyed several bike rides around the country lanes, spotting deer, kites, buzzards and jays.
The owner was very helpful when we arrived and specified the rules of the site, explaining the importance of each.
There's a great book swap/dvd/jigsaw facility on site - we left a selection of books and borrowed a jigsaw on a wet afternoon.
A perfect Autumn week in the countryside.
Disliked There's nothing to dislike.

Unpowered gravel motorhome site
Liked Absolutely everything. The landscapes site was beautiful. The family who run it are friendly, helpful and determined to make you enjoy your stay.
The facilities are rustic, with 6 toilets and 2 hot showers, plug points for hairdryers and a large washing up area.
There's a full recycling area and little cabin in the woods with a fridge, worktops, 2 kettles , plug points and communal firepit.
There's firepits and wood to burn which are restocked every day.
The site is conveniently located to visit the lovely beaches, Pembroke castle and Tenby (by 20 mins train).
The atmosphere was fantastic and because it's not a huge site, it felt cosy and friendly.
We loved it and extended our stay from 5 to 9 nights.

Very clean (although dated) toilets.
Excellent WiFi.

Dated showers with shower heads and taps missing.
Dreadful smell in toilets in the morning from drains.
Only shaded pitches - no warmth from sun at all.

Power optional grass site
Liked The location was perfect. Access to the lake, cycle hire and close to many bars and restaurants. The cycle lanes are right outside the site and lead around the perimeter of the lake - 43km of tarmacked, flat paths. Gorgeous!
The young girls and boys who work on the site spoke English and were friendly . The site shop stocked fresh bread in the morning and a small selection of fruit.
Disliked The electric pitches are undesignated, so there is little room and you need a long lead to get to electric points. The electric is only 3 amp so cuts out often. We recommend putting your roll-out awning up to ensure nobody parks alongside you when you're out.
The facilities are few, but in good condition in the first and second block.
No wifi at all
