Liked Well laid out flat pitches and excellent facilities, including a dog shower room. Which came in handy as my stay was on a day of torrential rain which ensured the dog got covered in mud..Very friendly and informative staff Good sized shower block very clean and lots of hot water.
Site on the edge of the village of Eardiland which is lovely. I ate a good meal in the Swan pub which is dog friendly.
Will happily stay here again.

Liked The site is in a good position to access the nearby coastal path and about 1.5 miles to a lovely beach. The plots we stayed on are a good size, the showers and toilets are well kept and not too busy. The site is typically spanish with lots of permanent pitches which make it a friendly family orientated place.
There's a bar on site that's not too expensive.
Disliked There is no English spoken in reception, so unless you have good spanish, communication is difficult. The motorhome pitches are a bit rough with extension cords used to supply electric.

Liked A pretty campsite in a beautiful area of Portugal. A relaxed site lay out, we were camping with two other families and were given a large area to pitch as we wanted. The site is very tranquil and peaceful. It has a great pool and bar area, we ate there our first night and the menu was very good, all homemade food. You must book as they don't have many tables in the restaurant. The shower and toilet block is clean, with good sized shower cubicles.
Plenty of recycle bins around the site.
We cycled out to visit a few of the local villiges, plenty of hill in this part of the world but not much traffic so a great place to discover the trails and lanes.
Disliked The site is in a forest setting so the ground is dusty and not grassy. We didnt mind at all but it could become muddy in bad weather.
We also had a fox visit us on a couple of nights to investigate our recycle bin liner we had left out. This is a very unspoiled and wooded area so I would suggest that all waste is removed from your pitch before retiring for the night if you dont want nocturnal visitors.
