Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Lovely location very handy for local towns / villages.
The lady in reception was very pleasant, showed us where the amenities were, explained local dog walks both on & off site an recommended a local takeaway (which we did not use).
The bathrooms / showers were vey clean & tidy with lovely hand soaps.
There was a pot wash area, which was always clean & tidy - we did not use this as had our own facilities.
Large pitches with hardstanding and grassed area for each pitch.
WIFI available at the shop area but does not reach the pitches - well not ours but good mobile phone coverage so can use mobile data.
Shop had a good choice of amenities including alcohol if needed & fresh eggs also available.
Some caravans had seasonal residents and all the ones near us were so very friendly, respectful & chatty.
We had a lovely 2 night stay and will return to this site in the future - Cant wait to see the progress with the site upgrades.
Disliked Absolutely not dislikes but worth noting for anyone visiting soon:
The site is having building work undertaken and from what we could see this is new lodges being put in so can be a little unsettling but there was no noise at all or any disruption.
Some of the seasonal pitches were tired and a bit unkempt but each to there own.
Again not a dislike but the female showers have no area to dry yourself within the cubicle which is wet after the shower - Just makes things a little tricky - I opted to get dry / dressed near the sinks which is fine but if you like your privacy this could be an issue.

Liked Lovely site with very good facilities, the site its self was spotless and very quiet both during the day and at night.
Great having the shop, & pub on site and laundry facilities available for use.
The check in system is great, easy to use - I want one of those screens!!
