Unpowered grass site
Liked Stunning views, very remote so peaceful.
Mountains and the sea? Perfect combination.
Could pitch up anywhere and take up as much space as you needed.
Good washing up area - very useful!
Disliked Quite difficult to get to, no service at all (kind of a good thing also though as it meant a phone detox!) but it did make ordering a taxi to the nearest town difficult.
Paying for the showers, and the cleanliness of the showers.

Sedbergh, Cumbria, England
Wood Field unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site (groups only)
Liked Amazing views, wonderful location, nice walks close by. Can walk into the village. Close shop for essentials.
Cutest animals.
Good signal.
Pitches are a great size, but uneven surface.
Owners very friendly, easy check in & check out.
Lovely river walk right from camp.
Disliked Cleanliness decent on main site. But we stayed on the other side which was portaloos, that weren’t kept very clean.
Only two showers for the whole camp. The hot water in the shower shut off after 5 minutes and any time the washing up basin was used.
Not many facilities, a back to basics campsite but the location and animals more than make up for it.
