Liked We had such a lovely stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it. It’s a brilliant family-run campsite with such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The owners were so helpful from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough for everyone. The kids’ play park was fantastic and kept the children entertained, while the family field was perfect for families. Our kids made friends almost straight away, which made the trip even better. We also had a look at the adults’ field, which looked amazing alongside the river. The homemade pizzas were exactly what we needed after arriving and getting everything set up with the children, and they were delicious! The food van serving fresh breakfast cobs in the morning was another great touch – you really couldn’t ask for more. The river is shallow in places, so it’s ideal for children to paddle, and there’s lovely woodland behind it to explore too. The toilets were spotless every single day, which really stood out, and it was great that they even put the football on a projector for anyone who wanted to watch. This is such a child-friendly campsite with everything you need for a relaxing family break. We had an amazing time and were already planning our next visit before we’d even left. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we’ll definitely be back this summer!
