Liked Views and location were stunning. Other clients on the pitch were friendly and it was a nice vibe. Campsite owner was really friendly. Children’s park available to use.

Disliked A little too basic for us, only 2 toilets and 1 shower, they were a bit of a walk away from the pitch meaning I had to leave my children unattended if I needed the loo in the night. Pitches had to be close together and were first come first serve. No washing up area/dressing area. No office on entry or anyone to greet us, had to fend for ourselves.

Liked The site manager was really friendly and helpful, loaned me an extension for my hook up and asked how my poorly son was doing each day. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. Our pitch was quite spacious, not sure if others were similar or not. Location was a good spring board to explore Cornwall and the surrounding areas. Access to a cabin with an air fryer, washing machines, fridge and freezer etc was good. The campsite felt safe and the other guests seemed respectful and chilled, one went out of their way to put up a windbreak to divide the pitches because my son was nervous of their dog. The site was really well kept and very clean. We never had to queue for the shower or toilet which often puts me off sites.

Disliked I felt the site missed sinks/mirrors for washing your face and brushing teeth. It felt like there were a lot of dogs on the site and some of the barking was quite loud and felt a bit intimidating, it made me a little nervous at times. I might of missed it as there were some displays but it would be great to be able to access information for local walks directly from the campsite.
