Liked We were unable to stay as we broke down in our motorhome during the week before.

Disliked Out of 6 sites we had booked, this was the only site that would not transfer our booking until a later date.

From the manager: We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to stay with us due to your motorhome breaking down, and we do appreciate that unexpected things can happen. Our booking terms and conditions are clearly available at the time of booking, including the terms relating to cancellations and amendments, and these are agreed to when a booking is made. We appreciate that other touring parks may have different terms and may have been able to offer a date transfer, but each site has its own booking conditions and policies. As an independent park, we do need to adhere to our own terms and conditions fairly and consistently for all of our guests. We’re therefore unable to make exceptions or transfer bookings outside of the terms that were agreed at the time of booking. We’re sorry that this was disappointing and hope your motorhome was soon back on the road.
