Liked Really great campsite in a lovely location. Very clean facilities, brilliant set up.

Disliked I was very uncomfortable about the fire pits being rented out during a period of severe drought and fire risk, especially in a grass field and surrounded by hay meadows and stubble.

Liked Very helpful staff, convenient location for walking into Colchester. Clean facilities with hot water and very spacious pitches, with trees and hedges for shade. Washing up and laundry areas, very convenient. Excellently maintained and staff very attentive and helpful.

Disliked Quite close to the main road and traffic noise at night but we knew that before arrival.

Liked Great, quiet site with spotless facilities. Loved the wilderness area with little tree and shrubbery private areas, providing the much needed shade. Great self-check in, really easy. Will definitely return.
