Liked Quiet , friendly & far reaching views. Lovely welcome by Denise the owner. Enjoyed seeing the horses. Dog walk from site across fields. Short 15/20 min walk into village with a lovely pub serving food and a fish & chip shop. Bus stop nearby with routes into Scarborough/Filey/York.

Disliked Toilets are a little tired but were clean.
