From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that Tamar Lakes Campsite was not what you were expecting. Our campsite facilities include communal shower and toilet blocks, which are described on our website and booking information. We appreciate that this arrangement may not suit everyone's preferences. We understand you were unhappy with your booking and, although the cancellation fell outside our standard terms and conditions, we provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and will continue to review how we communicate information about our facilities to ensure guests can make an informed choice before booking. We wish you all the best with your future travels.
