Liked They do accept caravans, even though pitch up says they don't.
This is a nice quiet site. We have been before.
The cafe is fantastic, all local food, staff are great and they haven't crammed in the tables,so you hear the others people's conversations. Lovely outside seating.
Lots of lovely shops, including the butchers.
Be prepared to come out of the showers and bump into customers from the shops lol.
Disliked Only thing l would say was the bin area could do with a tidy up.
The bins were overflowing and rubbish on the floor.

Liked Beautiful site. Level pitches.
If you like fishing there was alot of people fishing and catching.
The toilets weren't 10/10 but they were spotlessly clean and that's the main thing.
There is a busy road, but it didn't bother me enough to not go back.
Really relaxing and the host is great, always around.
Will definitely go back .

Liked Lovely spacious pitches, clean and well maintained facilities, friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely walks around surrounding areas to Godmanchester and Huntingdon, and walks along the Great Ouze river where we managed to catch glimpses of Kingfishers diving for fish, hinchingbrook country park is not to be missed either, with lovely walks and open spaces.
Great pub/restaurant The Brampton Mill close to site with great food and friendly staff.
Disliked Nothing to dislike really except that we were attacked by midges because we forgot to close the insect blinds one evening lol

Powered grass site
Liked Liked the fact that there is plenty of room for kids to play in the fields and explore. No lighting around camp so it gave it that wild feel with clear skies at night, nice to sit under the stars weather permitting of course
Disliked At busy times the toilet facilities became quite busy, and therefore toilet paper and soap running out. And some quite dirty. Although staff did their very best to maintain with the volume of campers.
On the touring pitches the numbers don't match the map and could cause problems if your not on your allocated plot.

Liked We arrived earlier than expected and took pot luck on being able to pitch up. We were welcomed by a lovely man,who had a look and then told us it wasn't a problem. We followed him as he showed us round, explaining where everything was. He then left us to settle in. Everything you need was there information, washing machine, little shop, morning cafe and great staff.
Disliked Someone decided to take their pet in the shower block, dog foot prints and dog fur in the men's showers. Not the fault of the site, just inconsiderate people.

Liked I would like to comment l can't.
Disliked We were stuck in traffic and phoned to say it was looking like we would arrive around 9. The man wasn't impressed but said he would see us when we arrived. A while later we had a text saying the latest we could arrive would be 9pm. I text back to say if we got there after 9 did that mean we wouldn't be allowed in? No reply!! When we got stuck in yet more traffic, we text again to say don't worry we won't be there till well after 9,so we won't be coming. We then received a reply saying it was the owners policy no one after 8,and 9 really was the latest so as not to disturb other visitors. So if you want to stay here please make sure your there in plenty of time and don't get stuck in loads of traffic!!

From the manager: Thank you for your recent review. I am very sorry you did not make your stay with us. We do have rules for arrivals and all of our booking information states or latest time of arrival is 8pm. We did offer to wait for you until 9pm but no later. We also have to make sure our guests on park do not get disturbed by people checking in late.

Liked The size of the pitches and the location was lovely. Being able to have a campfire was great.Logs and kinderlin were available on site, friendly and helpful.
Disliked There was 3 bathrooms,1 family bathroom and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets. However,it was noticed that at busy periods this is an issue. If you only need to use the toilet and 2 people are in the shower,or vice versa you can't! There is only one sink for the bathrooms,so as we were cleaning our teeth, someone wanted to wash their hands!

From the manager: Just like to point out, there are 4 sinks in total.
