Disliked Too far away from disabled facilities for my husband. The gravel made it difficult for him to go on his mobility scooter so had to drive there. Maybe closer next time

It is lovely to know you had a relaxing few days and are already planning to return next year. With regards to the disabled facilities, we had originally allocated you close to them as requested. Unfortunately, when your dates were changed, it made this impossible due to the availability at that time. All of our touring pitches are gravel all weather super pitches. This helps prevent pitches from becoming muddy and unusable during bad weather, but we do appreciate that gravel may not be ideal for all mobility scooters. If you return, please do let us know your requirements as early as possible so we can do our best to place you as close as we can to the facilities you need. Thank you for recommending us, and of course we would be very happy to welcome you back to Crows Nest again.

Liked Friendly, warm and welcoming. The staff can't do enough for you. Loved the farm shop, great variety of well stocked goods. Peaceful at night even when busy. The Rustic bar was a great touch. We'll definitely be back.

Disliked Being too far from toilet/shower block. Mobility scooter doesn't like the gravel.

Disliked Uncleanliness, unfriendly, no disabled facilities, no toilet paper in both toilets (only 2 toilets and 2 showers. Generally untidy and unclean including our pitch which held cigarette butts, tent pegs left in ground. Welcome pk or should I say unwelcome pk stated rules only. No relevant information ie where to dispose of rubbish, elson point etc. No recycling. Noisy peacocks at night.
