Liked Excellent, engaging staff with very good English which isn’t a “must” but makes things easier when it is available. The facilities are very good. Public transport in to Florence was very easy. Coffee and croissant in the morning saved a lot of bother and recommended
Disliked We had a little difficulty getting back to the site at the end of the day as we decided to pick up the bus at a regular stop, rather than at its terminus, the train station. The bus we needed was, according to the electronic sign, coming to us and then disappeared. The next one was half an hour later than suggested so overall we waited over an hour before the right bus arrived. I’m sure this was traffic related but I’d recommend starting your return journey from the station. No reflection on the site at all but worth giving the tip.

Liked Shaded, clean, clothes washing facilities - all great. Receipt at start very welcoming. Bar/coffee shop within 20m of our van was a treat. Takeaway coffee at 1 euro per cup was a real boon in the mornings
Disliked When washing machine was on a spin cycle in main block it sounded like someone was attempting to jack hammer their way to China. Funny, more than disruptive!
