Liked Toilets were clean. Effort was made in what is a very new site.

Disliked Got there a day later than planned after a problem the day before. Only to be told that my paid for space had been resold to someone else and they couldn't be moved on because that had paid for the space now. Ended up finding a space for the night without facilities only for the site contact to ask if I would be coming back as they would be selling the space I was in the night before. I had already paid upfront for the 4 or 5 nights of my booking. I do expect a full refund we left and went elsewhere. The site manager was not unfriendly she just seemed oblivious to the problem.

However, we would like to clarify the situation from our perspective. Our records show that we kept your reserved space available for you the entire time, anticipating your arrival. Upon your delayed arrival, you were able to settle into a spot with grass and electricity, which was fully accessible and usable. (Foto available) My mother, who was present on the site and does not speak English that well, simply asked if you would be returning. This question was not intended to reassign the space but merely to understand your plans. Why didn't you talk to us? We could have talked about it. Since we had reserved your space for the entire duration of your booking and had to turn away other guests, we are unable to offer a refund.
