Liked The water taps on each pitch were brilliant and saved having to trundle back and forth to a water point with the water butt. The pitches were a really good size too and each had a garden bench which was a nice added touch. The on site facilities were spotless and the entertainment (live music / charity dog show) really added an extra special touch!
Disliked The pitches are slightly sloped but I appreciate this can't be helped. The ground under our grass pitch was gravel about an inch under the grass which meant I couldn't secure the dogs ground spike/lead but again, this wasn't the end of the world as I looped it round the fence post which worked just as well. All round a really good site. It is a bit of a black hole for phone signal but this is nice for a break away from technology.

Liked The on site facilities were varied and good; bar/pub, play park, swimming pool, shop, food van open from 6pm onwards. The layout of the site was really good and everything was within a short distance. The on site entertainment was good with bingo and a live singer. The site manager was really friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone who visited has already booked back on for the August bank holiday later in the year.
Disliked There wasn't any soap or toilet roll in any of the toilets, all weekend. Luckily we had some of our own but I feel this is worth mentioning if you're staying in one of the pods, bring along some toilet roll. Also only 1 of the 3 toilets in the ladies toilets have locks on the doors. This small change could make a huge improvement to the site and people's experience.

Liked Entering and exit the site was really straightforward. The site has an amazing play area for little ones and lots of outdoor space for the rest of the family to enjoy outdoor games. The washing up and shower facilities are fantastic - very clean and modern. We would live to return to this site. We visited a nearby pub (Wolesley Arms) which is a short drive/walk away from the site, a little on the expensive side but this is to he expected given it is right on the river and serves quality food and drink. The café on site was handy for grabbing a bacon cob before we got on the road back to home. There are lots of walks nearby and plenty of countryside to explore.
Disliked My only criticism would be the play area; it is fantastic for older children but was very limited for smaller ones with only one swing that is suitable for babies/toddlers. Other than this, the whole site is brilliant and we will hopefully return on a number of occasions over years to come.

Liked The small intimate feel of the site, everything was really nearby such as the toilet/shower block, water tap and bins. The food in the pub that's on site is lovely! We was all really impressed with our meals Nd would go again whether we're camping or not.
Disliked Nothing.

Liked The clean toilet/shower blocks, spacious pitches and on site amenities and entertainment
Disliked The high mounted rainfall shower head in the shower blocks. If you're a female who doesn't want to wash her hair or get it wet, it's difficult to avoid the water hitting your head as the shower cubicle is quite narrow and the shower head is really high over your head so you can't angle it to avoid wetting your hair.
