Powered grass site
Liked Quiet, small site run by a really friendly English couple who were in their first season. Picturesque rural site, a good stopover for us on our journey back from spain. Facilities were clean with outdoor cooking facilities available, we didn't use them as ate burgers in the pub instead which were really tasty. We wouldn't of stayed more than one night as it was quite isolated and we prefer not to move our van once on site but would use again to break up a long journey. The canvas bungalows seemed to be all in use with couples and families. There was plenty to keep the children busy with a pool, trampoline and lots of games. Would recommend.

Unpowered grass site
Liked Lovely, easygoing campsite. It was fairly quiet when we were there, facilitates were modern, clean and enough for the site. Large pitches. Lovely food in local pub but make sure you book. Great location for Sutton Hoo
Would like to go back when the cafe/pizza place is open.
Disliked Nothing really about the site itself, need to be organised as nearest shop is quite a distance but that's more down to the individual.

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review and I am so pleased you had a good time. I haven't been too well so there has been a slight delay in opening the pop-up wood-fired pizzeria, but it will be open in a few weeks. Hoping that the cafe will re-open next year at weekends for brunches and breakfasts - until then the pub is opening a small cafe. Hope to see you again soon take care Arya
