Liked Lovely peaceful well kept site. Dave was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Close to Seaham for seaglass hunting and for fans of Ray Lonsdale scupltires. Felt very safe as a solo traveller with my dog. An ideal stopover on my way up to Northumberland. Would definitely visit again.

Liked Friendly easy welcome on arrival, pitch easy to find and lovely clean showers. Had no issues at all, happy to recommend and would stay again. As a lone female traveller with my dog i felt very safe.

Disliked Nothing to report. Apart from the wind but thats not technically the campsites fault is it!!

Liked Well kept facilities, liked the coded entry so i could come and go as i pleased, the signage to the footpath into Much Wenlock was appreciated, nice to hear kids playing

Disliked Sloping pitch which was all that was left with EHU, even with levelling chocks it was quite slopey

Liked Excellent clean facilities. Well presented grounds. Close to the bypass for central access for exploring. Friendly helpful owners who make their visitors feel valued. Very dog friendly. Highly recommend

Liked Nice little site. Only problem was how muddy it was which cant be helped. But pitch size was small and i was up against a muddy bank so everytime i got in the van i was slipping on the mud bank. I was on Pitch 7 - other pitches would have been fine as they were completely flat. Just could have done with a little more room for getting out the van door without being on the bank. Checked in via text which worked for me. Welcome text had all the information on that i needed. Site was clean and had everything i needed for a short break away in windy November!

Liked Lovely clean site, friendly staff, fantastic toilets and showers. Was moved to hard standing pitch due to the weather. Was made very welcome on arrival, easy to find and close to local facilities. People have commented about the road noise. I personally like to hear the noise of the road and also the planes from the Navy base as i like to know other people are around. It was a dull noise in the background and certainly wasnt problematic. Overall i loved my stay and would definitely stay there again.
