Liked Good communication on booking and for question emails. Very nice helpful staff. Clean facilities, good showersyoucan alter the temp and height and plenty of room. Hardstanding part of pitches large. Very tidy site. Sunday lunch Very nice and service great at the Ugly Duckling.

Disliked Nothing really, just a few areas could be improved. Grass is well worn on the pitches. Not a lot of grass there. Drive over grey waste doesn't really work, I did speak to the office and they will think how to improve it (its also not on the site map). Quite a walk (uphill) to the town, not much there.

Liked Good communication and met on arrival. Facilities explained as well as getting to the bus stop down the road (few mins walk). Very clean facilities. Hot water for washing up (many don't!). Good size shower and dry area to get dressed after. Good size pitches.

Disliked Water pressure in the shower was very slow. Shame as the rest of the shower facility was great.

Disliked We have a 6m van so getting on and off pitch was fine, could be difficult with larger. Not a negative just comment, quite remote with show walk away, they are helpful there too

Disliked Could have done with more than 2 showers for 11 pitches Quite remote so needed to drive to park n ride walking yo a bus stop

Liked Location nice and quiet, site very clean. Nice welcome from Julie, offering help if needed. She kindly got us some local taxi numbers to take us into town. Very clear before booking that there aren't any toilets and showers. Suggested having more social media presence to help with exposure as its new this season.

Disliked Electric on a meter as we didn't know how long it would last and how much to put in and it ran out in the night as we had the heating on. Being in a motorhome it could have been awkward to empty grey waste from the van had our neighbours still been on their pitch as the disposal point was up a corner behind a pitch.
