Liked Lovely campsite, friendly staff, level pitches, good, clean facilities, good river beach and river swimming, beach bar (looked popular but we didn't use it). Lovely walk into very pretty town. Spacious pitch. Good wifi, free for first day.
Disliked This wouldn't be a dislike for many but our pitch was very shady so a bit gloomy!

Liked Absolutely loved this campsite, it's peaceful, the owners are lovely, really welcoming, helpful and kind. The site is beautiful, really well looked after, there is a new shower and toilet block, everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. The location is amazing, a short walk to a beautiful beach (or a choice of beautiful beaches) lovely cycle/running/walking trails from the campsite entrance. Order your bread for the following morning. It really is lovely. We booked for three nights and have kept adding additional nights, it's that nice! The first photo on pitch up doesn't really do the site justice! Loved this place!
Disliked Nothing to dislike, everything is perfect!

Liked This is our second time staying at Pentwyn Dingle in the Lodge Field and it was just as lovely! Peaceful, quiet, beautiful views and very friendly owner. Love it here and would recommend. Back to basics with no facilities, just a chemical waste disposal and drinking water taps. Great walks from the site.

Liked Very friendly welcoming reception, spacious pitch, clean toilets and showers. Great for children with a playground and play area. Dog friendly as well.
Disliked Quite difficult to find the paving slabs that mark the pitches and could do with a stool or somewhere to put your clothes while showering.

Liked We lucked out and had the most amazing weather for our two night stay at Pentwyn Dingle. We stayed in the Lodge Field which was lovely. Views of the Black Mountains all around. Friendly and helpful campsite owner. Loads of space. Great dog walks straight from the campsite. Good local pub. Nice coffee shop in Glasbury, lovely walk there across fields and a paddle in the River Wye. A great campsite, despite having no loo or shower, would definitely come back. I wasn't expecting having water available as a previous review said there wasn't any but there was this time!
Disliked Nothing to dislike but a loo would have been good! But if you've got your own then it's fine!

Liked Loved the whole site, the peace and tranquility, the only noises were the birds and the stream! The hosts were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The toilet was super clean. You can walk out of the campsite and straight up onto the beautiful hills. Amazing spot to watch the sunset.
Disliked Nothing to dislike, maybe an extra toilet and a shower but not a problem without these!
